About James
James is the Managing Director at Maven Consultancy, with over 40 years of information technology experience. His extensive expertise and industry insights have been cultivated through key operational and management roles at leading IT industry companies like Hewlett Packard, National Computer Systems, Orange, and the Singapore Defence Information Technology Organisation.
Specializing in IT development and operation, IT outsourcing, ITIL, data center management, ISO audits, and certification, James serves a diverse client portfolio. His clientele includes SMEs, MNCs such as NEC and Fujitsu, the Singapore government’s GovTech, and commercial organizations like Starhub, Surbana Jurong, Capital Mall, GIC, and power stations across Singapore and Southeast Asia
James is recognized for his consistent dedication to professional excellence. As a Fellow of the Singapore Computer Society (SCS) and a Senior Member holding Certification in IT Project Management (CITPM) and IT Outsourcing Management (COMIT), he exemplifies commitment to staying at the forefront of industry best practices. Additionally, James serves on the board of assessors for the SCS’s COMIT certification, further showcasing his leadership in ensuring and upholding industry standards.
